Jerry Hines Jr is a master at the details. With a background spanning over ten years in Motorcycle Mechanics and Global Account Management he learned to double check every bolt when it came to the mechanics, and also to triple check every comma when it came to Account Management and money.

After purchasing his first home and going through the home inspection process he decided that his mechanical background, attention to detail, and high value strong customer satisfaction would translate well to becoming a Home Inspector.

Mr. Hines started his training at the award-winning school of Inspection Certification Associates. After graduating he continued his training and also became certified through The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) which is the largest trade organization of residential and commercial property inspectors. Last but not least he received an Unmanned Air Craft Systems (UAS) License from the FAA so that the latest drone technology could be utilized by Victory Property Inspections.
